Congruent Services is a sole proprietorship founded by Aiyappan, a Mumbai, India, based digital enablement professional with over 30 years experience. The firm seeks to serve the need of organizations to seamlessly deliver projects across the Information and Communication Technology space (ICT) encompassing IT systems , telecom and enterprise networks.
Aiyappan spent a major part of his career transforming networks, organizations and IT/Network/Telecom systems to drive customer focus, profitability, effective and efficient operations.
Key deliveries include launch of the pan-India National Senior Citizen Help-line of the Government of India and implementation of Wi-Fi hot-spots for free Internet at over 3000 railway stations (mostly rural) across India. The latter project was delivered in a span of 4 months and is one of the largest such deployments in the world.
